Compas Architecture
A beautiful residence on the shores of Lac Leman in Lausanne (Switzerland), built in accordance with the principles of sustainable development (2004). Construction of a modern and ecological villa on 600 m2 with private access to the lake. panoramic view with bay windows on the whole façade, offering an exceptional view of Lac Leman and the Alps. The heating is provided by a heat pump system fed by two wells of 100-metre for the central heating and the indoor swimming pool.
